At home in Basel & Berlin – two countries, one vision

The founding history of Pasquay & Partners

Thanks to Dr.-Ing. Till Pasquay, the group of companies can look back on over 25 years of experience in engineering. After conducting research at the University of Dortmund (Germany), Dr.-Ing. Till Pasquay worked for ARUP in Berlin for many years, during this timehe was able to accompany competitions and projects in a management position for Zaha Hadid, Coop Himmelb(l)au & Daniel Libeskind. The European Central Bank and Terminal A+ at Frankfurt Airport are also among the buildings for which he provided management, planning and sustainability.

After many years at ARUP, Dr.-Ing. Till Pasquay founded the successful HTES office in Berlin with a business partner, which was active both in Germany and abroad. The companyfocused on complex construction projects in the public sector. Projects such as the Pergamon Museum, the Humboldt Forum, and the Ministry of the Interior in Berlin were supported in their planning and successfully completed. After 14 years together, the business partners went their separate ways in the spring of 2025, and Dr.-Ing. Till Pasquay founded a new company with Rebecca Schneider.

Rebecca Schneider has been working in the construction industry since 2011, while still a student. After graduating in 2015 under Prof. Uwe Brückner, she worked as a construction and project manager on various construction projects in Switzerland. In recent years, she has mainly been involved in building construction. She was responsible for site supervision, construction costs, and construction management until the completion of large construction sites.

In 2025, Dr.-Ing. Till Pasquay and Rebecca Schneider decided to open engineering offices in Basel (Switzerland) and Berlin (Germany) to offer specific services in the field of building services.
